To install application you must have enrolled device. Option to enroll your device is available also in Company portal. Note that you can enroll your device as ordinary user. You don’t have to be Windows Intune administrator to enroll devices. When you click to All My devices you will have screen like this (depends about your enrolled devices).

If you what to enroll your device just click link Enroll your computer, And then in next screen click Download Software.

This will start download of Windows Intune agent and for installing it you must have administrative rights on device.

And if you click Contact IT, you will se name. email address, phone number and web page of IT support. Contact IT also describes how to create Remote Assistance request.

Company portal IT

This is two of three Windows Intune portals. If you want to add users, or domains, purchase software, create service request or manage groups you will need to login to Admin Home Page.First two portals is accessible through Windows Intune home page.

In right side you have My Account ribbon and when you click on it, ribbon will expand and you will have option to choose on what of first two portals you want to log-in. But to log-in on third portal (Admin Home Page) you will must go to: https://account.manage.microsoft.com/Admin/Default.aspx
